Derra Learning is an online education platform offering live and recorded classes for children aged 3–15. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, students, instructors, and visitors.
To register a student or enroll in any course:
You must be at least 18 years old, or
A parent/guardian must register on behalf of a minor.
To access most features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Course fees are displayed on each course page and are payable in advance.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Discounts, promos, or sibling packages must be used as instructed and cannot be combined unless stated.
Classes are delivered live via Zoom or equivalent platforms.
Derra Learning reserves the right to reschedule, substitute instructors, or adjust class formats.
Missed classes may not be refunded, but make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion.
By using Derra Learning:
You agree not to disrupt live classes or violate classroom etiquette.
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.
Children must be supervised (if required) during class sessions, especially under age 6.
All content (videos, worksheets, materials) provided on DerraLearning.com.ng is the intellectual property of Derra Learning or its instructors.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the course content without written permission.
Your privacy is important to us.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Derra Learning is not liable for any damages or losses that arise from using the platform.
We do not guarantee academic results or progress, as learning outcomes depend on individual engagement.
We may use third-party tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or Canva. Your use of such tools is subject to their respective terms of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Derra Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
